Everything was well-maintained. Exceptional service. Charming location close to Opatija/Lovran, the coastline, and the old town of Lovran. the staff was fantastic, as well as the owner. the breakfast was great with eggs cooked to our liking. the pool was good.

overall the room is spotless, huge and includes multi-channel tv, a study table, and a radio. it is equipped with a bidet, which is a bonus. marvellous service, they provide a free parking and free wi-fi. and the pool is very clean.

The service was exceptional, just like I expected. I thoroughly enjoyed that they had a sauna and a whirlpool by the pool.

Very, very friendly, helpful staff. Great, very quiet location off the main road but only five mins from the old town. Great base for walks in the Ucka Mountains. Spotless, spacious, airy and well-appointed rooms and bathrooms. Very good rate. Decent if unspectacular breakfast included. Easy access to Opatija, Rijeka etc.

I took a seeview room and it was big and comfortable. The hotel is just along a 14km pedestrian path that runs all along the sea and is always far from the main car roads. I suggest also a little restaurant called Konoba in Lovranska Vraga, it's unknown so you will always find a place but they have few and wonderful great dishes (homemade Tartufi pasta, wild and fish)

Apartment for 4 person is great 75m2 - in total. Big, new and clean rooms, balcony, service was great, everything in its place.

None! Only to find cleaner sea, have to drive few km to south.

Nice and comfortable hotel very close to the sea, balconies overlooking trees and sea.magnificent quality of the bed: not too soft, not too strong, and very large. Helpful owner for any question, even about gluten free food. Just 3 minutes car from opatija but atmosphere of a village. Very nice footpath along the sea from the hotel to the centre.

Small car park, but easy car park along the road in front of the hotel, even in august.

The hotel had a wonderful look. the staff was welcoming and pleasant. the breakfast had an enjoyable variety of items. the location was marvellous, right by the ocean with a view of the swimming pool. It was located near a walking promenade leading to Opatija/Lovran and the Old Town.

Wonderful family run hotel with great facilities and good cooking. We had first class service and our room was fantastic. Pool and Jacuzzi were beautiful.

This place is located just a 5-minute walk from the bus station, offers luxurious rooms with large balconies and amenities like jacuzzis, and serves a great breakfast to kickstart your day.

Rooms were beautiful and harmonius with a nice terrace and park view. Twin bed was extremely comfortable and wide. All hotel services were excellent. Hotel is near a beautiful seaside walking path and beach, location is near everything but still in a very calm and quiet area.

Confortable room, helpful and friendly staff, a nice place for relaxation.

It is a pity that the local authorities of Lovran don't make treatments against mosquitos, which are quite aggressive, especially for people with sensitive skin.
